Custom Reports

You add a custom report using the Custom option in the Add Reports list. The Custom option opens the Custom Report form.

Custom reports give the flexibility to report any value from any combination of locations. You can filter the values by material classes and by locations.

Fields on the Customise Reports Form

Field Description
Title The title of the report.
Period order

The order of the periods in the report. Options are:

  • Column: The periods are listed vertically down a column of the report.
  • Row: The periods are listed horizontally across the top row of a report.
Series data grid The data grid in which you define the data you want to include in the report.

Columns in the Series Data Grid

Column Description
Name

The name for the row.

The name is not editable and is created from the selections made in the other columns in the data grid.

Value The value to display in the report.
Movement

The type of movement displayed in the report. Options are:

  • Removed: The material removed from a mining location, stockpile, or process.
  • Note: Removed is not a valid selection for a fill location.

  • Added: The material that is added to a stockpile, process, or fill location.
  • Note: Added is not a valid selection for mining locations.

  • Balance: The remaining balance of material at a stockpile or a process.
  • Note: Balance is not a valid selection for mining or fill locations.

Production

The production locations that are included in the report.

Tip: You can use wildcards to specify more than one location. To specify the locations using the Wildcard Expression Builder, click the Ellipsis button.

Development

The development headings that are included in the report.

Tip: You can use wildcards to specify more than one heading. To specify the headings using the Wildcard Expression Builder, click the Ellipsis button.

Materials

The material classes that are included in the report.

Tip: You can use wildcards to specify more than one material class. To specify the material classes using the Wildcard Expression Builder, click the Ellipsis button.

Note: If you are scheduling from a GEOVIA Minex gridded seam model, and have defined multiple material classes within a single seam, you can add a seam specifier to filter the values displayed in the report by material class.

Resources

The resources that contribute to the values in the report.

This field is usually left at the default value (*), signifying all resources.

Tip: You can use wildcards to specify more than one resource. To specify the resources using the Wildcard Expression Builder, click the Ellipsis button.

Text Parameters

The text parameter value you want to use to filter the values in the report.

Note: This column is available only if Text type User Parameters are defined in Define Geology > Models.
